JDAEM holds an ongoing annual HVAC and air-conditioning maintenance and servicing contract for Sterling Oil, keeping critical cooling systems running reliably in a demanding energy-sector environment. Recurring maintenance contracts like this reflect the trust clients place in our responsiveness and technical standard.

Power-Sector Engineering

JDAEM has prepared full tender documentation for large-scale power-generation contracting, including detailed multi-sheet Bills of Quantities, scope of work, and technical review at the scale of major grid infrastructure. Our review process on such projects has identified and corrected significant documentation errors — including quantity discrepancies an order of magnitude in size — before submission.
