How to Request Deletion of Your Data

JDAEM ENTERPRISE LTD (RC 9223387) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of any data we hold about you.

What data we may hold

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold your name, phone number, email address, business or site address, service request records, and correspondence relating to work we have carried out for you.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to info@jdaem.com.ng with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. In the message, include the name, phone number, or email address associated with your records so we can identify the correct data.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once complete, we will confirm by email that your data has been removed from our systems.

What we may need to retain

Where the law requires it, we may retain limited records — for example, invoices and tax records that Nigerian tax law obliges us to keep. We will tell you if any data must be retained for this reason, and we will not use it for any other purpose.
