What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or organisation, phone number, and the content of your message.

Information you send us directly. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we retain the contents of that correspondence and your contact details.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and site performance only.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide quotations
  • deliver engineering services under a contract with you
  • maintain records required by Nigerian law
  • keep our website secure and functioning

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit an enquiry), the performance of a contract (when we provide services to you), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to two years. Records relating to contracts, invoices, and statutory obligations are retained for at least six years, as required under Nigerian company and tax law.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to email and website administration is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by strong authentication.
